Certificates, searches or certified copies are available to qualified applicants upon payment of appropriate fees * statistics relating to births, still-births, marriages and deaths are compiled annually and published * under the Marriage Act persons authorized to solemnize marriages in Ontario are issued Certificates of Registration * application forms are completed online
