Service Description:

Addiction Services offers a range of services, which include withdrawal management; residential; day treatment and outpatient recovery programs. Programs are designed to meet the often complex, multi-faceted needs of those who are experiencing a range of substance use disorders and mental health challenges.
Booth Supportive Services is a brokerage case management program that provides intensive supports while working alongside clients (adults 18+) that have experienced chronic homelessness and who have mental health challenges/addictions.
