Service Description:
|
Substance Use: A methadone and suboxone maintenance treatment clinic. Provides comprehensive treatment services to assist individuals dealing with street drugs or dependency to narcotic medication such as oxycontin, oxycodone, percocet, dilaudid, morphine, hydromorphone, and fentanyl.
Alcohol Use: An Alcohol Use Treatment Clinic. Provides pharmacotherapy and management of alcohol use. Specialist available for person's in need of a provider for legal proceedings or returning to work. (Services not covered under OHIP will be billed as out of pocket for special services regarding monitoring of alcohol use).
Outpatient Narcotic Management Program: Ereferral required by original prescribing opioid physician. Must have an active established opioid RX withing three months of referral.
Outpatient Narcotic management: provides individuals with safe prescribing of opioids, 1-on-1 medication counselling, weekly to bi-weekly check-ins via telephone or ZOOM. Urine testing is mandatory for all individuals on this program regardless of addiction history. This is required for specialty pain clinics operating in Ontario.
