No fee for assessment/application but fees associated with admission to Long Term Care Facilities as set-out by Ministry of Long Term Care. Reductions in fees for basic accommodation according to criteria set out by the Ministry of Long Term Care.

Waiting Period - No waiting period to obtain placement information but waiting periods vary for admission to each long term care facility.

Must be a resident of Ontario who is 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP) Card. Further eligibility criteria will be assessed upon initial intake
