Service Description:
|
Exercise programs performed in a warm water therapeutic pool. The program is designed to maintain or improve joint mobility, range of motion and general feeling of well-being. Exercise can also be beneficial to the circulatory, respiratory and muscular systems. Classes are 1 hour in length, one class per week for 10 weeks.
