RESIDENT
CARE SERVICES: Dressings (aseptic, sterile), colostomy and ileostomy
care, foot care, prosthesis care, catheter care (intermittent,
indwelling, suprapubic with teaching), incontinence supplies, oxygen
concentrator, inhalation therapy, palliative care, suctioning (oral),
tube feeding, aromatherapy, care of a resident with
methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, advanced wound care,
therapeutic touch. Other fee for services can be arranged in house for
massage therapy

LIFESTYLE - PERMISSIONS: Alcohol allowed with doctors orders. Pets
allowed to visit. Smoking outdoors independently or supervised by a
family member
FURNITURE POLICY: Personal furniture is allowed depending on room size and equipment
MEAL
PLAN / SERVICE TYPES: Meal tray service for palliative care only.
Central dining room per house (25 people). Snack area 24 hours per day.
Family dining room available. Dietary limitations are individually
assessed.
PHYSICIAN VISIT FREQUENCY: Regularly on site
RESTRAINT
METHOD: Home wide goal to eliminate restraints. Bed rails and buckle
belts are available based on individual assessment.
