Service Description:
|
Provides physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists(SLP) and therapy support workers, who assess and treat adults and children with mild to catastrophic neurological impairments, orthopaedic injuries and chronic pain resulting from:
- Brain Injury
- Head Injury
- Musculoskeletal Injury
- Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, M.S. and C.P.
- Developmental Delays
- ADHD, PDD
- Other Neurological Disorders
- Other Medical Conditions
- Trauma
Advanced upper extremity and mobility neuro rehabilitation * Cognitive and Perceptual Rehabilitation
Treatment is provided in the home, workplace, school and clinic *SLP is primarily virtual service
