Peer group to provide support to stroke survivors and caregivers * connect with peers, exchange information and resources, learn new skills, explore the personal impact of stroke and build supportive relationships * open to stroke survivors, family members, caregivers, health care providers, volunteers and friends * registration requires, not a drop in program.
