Service Description:

Free exercise and falls prevention classes maintain and expand exercise levels to improve range of motion and help prevent falls * classes are held at various locations throughout Durham Region and are provided by:
- Oshawa Senior Citizens Centres (OSCC) is responsible for classes in Oshawa, Whitby and Courtice * contact 905- 576-6712 or mailto:info@oscc.ca.
- Community Care Durham (CCD) is responsible for classes in Ajax, Pickering, Clarington, Scugog, Uxbridge and Brock
