Service Description:

Provides peer support to individuals and families affected by depression, bipolar disorder and other related mood disorders. Offers telephone support, information and referral, public education, resource materials, and anti-stigma workshops, as well as presentations in the community.
Regular peer support groups are offered virtually across the province.

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
