Service Description:

Provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to Portuguese-speaking people who experience mental health and/or substance use issues.

Application:

Referrals must be made by physicians or nurse practitioners.
Please fax the completed Centre for Mental Health referral form.
Eligibility Criteria:
Patients experiencing mood disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar), OCD, PTSD and psychotic disorders (psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder) seeking mental health and addiction services in Portuguese.
