Service Description:
|
Provides therapy
rehabilitation services in the community to assist adults and children in
maximizing their function abilities within their environments. The
services are delivered by occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers and dieticians.
Services include:
- mobility assessments
- home safety assessments
- fine and gross motor skills assessments
- individual treatment and exercise programs
- equipment recommendations
- accessing funding resources
- completing assistive devices program applications
