Foot Care Clinic
- Foot care services provided by registered foot care nurses in community settings

Luncheon Out
- An opportunity once a month to share a hot meal, entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations * meals include an entrée, beverage and dessert

Meals on Wheels
- Nutritionally balanced hot
or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes * special diets accommodated

Transportation
- Drives provided for clients to medical appointments, shopping, attendance at adult day programs and more

WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness
- A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns.
