Service Description:
|
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for who may be less mobile, have memory loss or other challenges, but want to be more active * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
Services offered:- variety of daily programs including games, crafts and music
- mid-day hot meal
- foot care
- chair exercises
- memory programs
- income tax
- transportation
- blood pressure
