LEVEL OF CARE:
Light Care: Can manage most activities of daily living, may require cueing or supervision; requires assistance with provision of basic needs such as medications, nutrition, hygiene, housekeeping and mobility
Medium Care: May be able to manage some activities but requires assistance and supervision with activities of daily living such as transfers, mobility, personal hygiene, medications, nutrition and mobility
Heavy Care: Requires total care with most or all activities of daily living, with complex care nursing needs and/or behavioral management difficulties
