Service Description:

Offers an environment for adults with developmental disabilities aged
21 years and older to gain physical education and develop living skills * emphasis on skill development and creating meaningful connections with formal employment opportunities for participants- 3-year program focuses on money management, travel training, health and wellness, and community engagement
- 5-year program supports participants in developing independent living skills, including wayfinding, physical activity, cooking, and interaction
