CLASP -- legal services and representation provided by supervised law students- areas of law include immigration and refugee, minor criminal offences, record suspension applications, police complaints, academic appeals, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) appeals, and tenant issues

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- persons whose primary source of income is social assistance
- low-income residents
- York university students are exempt from financial eligibility requirements
- other applicants income must meet financial criteria determined by Legal Aid Ontario
Residency requirement: residents of Toronto or persons who have a case being heard in a Toronto court
