Emergency financial help to low-income households facing disconnection of services * one-time grants available to qualified households

Application:

Applicants must:
- Reside in Ontario
- Primary/secondary holder of an utility account with electricity or natural gas
- Financial Need: must be behind on your bill and at risk of disconnection
- Income: Total after tax income must fall within specific limits based on household size (see Ontario Energy Board website)
